Son of Immigrants
And they did. I saw them work hard. They worked when they were sick, when they were tired, and when they didn’t want to. I excelled in school. They excelled in providing. I saw some of their dreams fade and businesses that they started fail. My parents instilled a drive and a work ethic in me that most people can’t relate to. They led by example, and so do I.
No Gimmicks. Documented Success.
Zillow, Trulia, & Real Trends ranked him in the top 1% of all agents nationwide according to their Annual “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” List.
FREE REO & FORECLOSED HOMES LIST
They Aren't Gone And They're Coming Back.
Between 2006-2013 I sold thousands of REOs aka Foreclosure homes for the banks. There will always be foreclosures. Some economic cycles will be more extreme than others. The primary reason to consider purchasing a foreclosure is the potential for a great deal. I’ll give access to my most current list of foreclosed homes in Southern California for FREE.

The City of Alhambra
The city of Alhambra is located about 8 miles from Downtown Los Angeles. It is surrounded by South Pasadena to the north, El Sereno to the West, San Marino to the East, and East Los Angeles to the South. It can rightly boast of its beautiful neighborhoods, with its troves of historic homes in virtually every style popular over the last 100 years. Ahambra’s homes appeal to a wide range of tastes, with well-preserved examples of early 20th century architecture as well as more contemporary styles.
There are nearly two dozen public and private schools within the boundaries of Alhambra. Among them is Martha Baldwin Elementary, which scored 899 out of 1,000 in the 2013 Academic Performance Index. Ramona Elementary scored 872; William Northrup Elementary had a score of 840; and Emery Park Elementary scored 835. Alhambra High and San Gabriel High had scores of 798 and 790, respectively. Independence High, an alternative school, scored 655.
Residents of Alhambra are embracing its historic downtown once again, and restaurants, bars and a movie theater are now flourishing there-especially on Main St. You’ll never run out of culinary options in Alhambra. It is an eclectic mix of noodle houses, burger joints, diners, szechuan, boba, dim sum, pizza, American food, and Korean barbecue. Your taste buds will find it all.
Alhambra History
Alhambra’s roots begin with the San Gabriel Mission, founded on September 8, 1771, and the native people, Tongva, who inhabited the area before the arrival of the Spanish. The land that would later become Alhambra was part of a 300,000 acre land grant given to Manuel Nieto by the Spanish. Alhambra was founded as a suburb of Los Angeles that remained an unincorporated area during the mid-19th century. The city’s first public high school, Alhambra High School, was established in 1898, five years before the city’s incorporation. On July 11, 1903, the City of Alhambra was incorporated. The Alhambra Fire Department was established in 1906.
Alhambra was originally promoted as a “city of homes”, and many of its homes have historical significance. They include styles such as craftsman, bungalow, Spanish Mediterranean, Spanish colonial, Italian beaux-arts, and arts and crafts. Twenty-six single-family residential areas have been designated historic neighborhoods by the city, including the Bean Tract (formerly owned by early resident Jacob Bean), the Midwick Tract (site of the former Midwick Country Club), the Airport Tract (formerly the landing pad for Alhambra Airport), and the Emery Park area. There are also a large number of condominiums, rental apartments, and mixed-use residential/commercial buildings, especially in the downtown area.
