Who is the Best Real Estate Agent in San Marino?
I’ve been featured in The Los Angeles Times Real Estate twice in 2007, once in March and once in April for my expertise in residential real estate sales and unique niche marketing.
Zillow, Trulia, & Real Trends ranked him in the top 1% of all agents nationwide according to their Annual “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” List.
FREE REO & FORECLOSED HOMES LIST
They Aren't Gone And They're Coming Back.
Between 2006-2013 I sold thousands of REOs aka Foreclosure homes for the banks. There will always be foreclosures. Some economic cycles will be more extreme than others. The primary reason to consider purchasing a foreclosure is the potential for a great deal. I’ll give access to my most current list of foreclosed homes in Southern California for FREE.

South Pasadena History
South Pasadena was once occupied by the Hahamog’na Tribe of Native Americans. They lived in villages scattered along the Arroyo Seco and the canyons from the mountains down to South Pasadena. Most were converted to Christianity by the arrival of the Spaniards and provided labor for the establishment of the San Gabriel Mission in September of 1771.
The original settlers of modern-day South Pasadena were Native Americans and members of the Hahamog’na tribe of Tongva. It is believed that there were at least two Hahamog’na settlements in the area. The leader of the tribe, coincidentally named Hahamog’na, met Gaspar de Portolà during the Mexican Expedition of 1770. Hahamog’na converted to Christianity and took upon himself the name “Pascual.” This resulted in the Hahamongna tribe being called the Pascual Indians and the Pascualites. After Mexico surrendered the land to the US in 1848, the Manuel Garfias Adobe was erected on Arroyo Drive in 1853. The adobe was the setting of the first non-aboriginal birth in what’s now South Pasadena. In 1875, landowners in San Pascual voted to rename their association “Pasadena.” On March 2nd, 1888, the City of South Pasadena was incorporated, in part to resist their absorption into insatiable Pasadena. The population at the time was around 500.
