Ex-NFL QB Jim Everett Lists Mansion in San Juan Capistrano
Jim Everett, known for his career as the quarterback for the Rams, has listed his home on the market in Northern California for $1.575 million.
Built in 1989, the property is close a little over a quarter-acre and rests on the outskirts of the Marbella Country Club.
At a little over 4,100 square feet, the property is equipped with a fireplace, kitchen with a center island, media room, four bed rooms and three and a half baths. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and the property even has a wine cellar.

Back in 2013, Everett bought the house for right near $1.5 million.
Everett with the Rams for six seasons. After three playoff appearances and a pro-bowl showcase in 1991, Everett retired in 1997.
After the 1989 season, Everett was involved in an altercation with sports radio and TV personality, Jim Rome. Rome pressured Everett during questioning in an interview and it resulted in a stunned Rome on his back, on the floor, on his own show.
Everett settled in California where he opened his own asset management business.
